Test your internet speed
The required minimum download speed for most of our courses is 5Mbps, but don't worry if your download speed is slower than that. We offer both high and standard definition (HD and SD) versions of all of our courses to accommodate everyone's internet speed. The SD options are in black and white and have no audio or images unless necessary to give an example. There are a number of companies that will test your internet speed. Click the button below to open speedtest.net. Run the speed test and your results will display in a few minutes. The test results will display your download and upload speeds. For selecting the right courses, look only at the download speed.
- If your download speed is 5Mbps or higher, select any HD course.
- If your internet speed is slower than 5Mbps, select any SD course.

We purposely excluded the frills you may see in national training platforms so all Alaskans are able to quickly download and access our training material. How long do I have access to the course?
Once you've enrolled and paid, you'll have access to the course material for one year.

What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
We hope this is never the case, but if you are not satisfied with the course, please contact us within 10 days of your purchase to discuss any problems you are having. We will make every effort to ensure you are able to access all of the material. If you are still dissatisfied, a full refund will be issued within 15 days of purchase.

How do I access my certificate of completion?
A PDF of the certificate of completion will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days of completing the course with a passing score. If you do not receive your certificate within that time, please contact us at [email protected].
